1. About KitchenSavvi

KitchenSavvi ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at shop.kitchensavvi.com. By purchasing from us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Subscriptions

Our subscription plans (Casual, Foodie, Aficionado) are billed annually. Your billing begins at checkout. Deliveries are made according to your chosen plan interval. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. We do not offer refunds on subscription fees already charged.

First-order discounts apply to new subscribers only and are subject to availability.

4. Recycling Program

Our recycling program is included with active subscriptions. Collection of used worktops is subject to our recycling partner availability in your area. We handle returned worktops in accordance with UK recycling regulations.

5. Recipes & Account Data

Access to our full recipe library requires creating an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information. We collect your name and email address for account purposes. See our Cookie & Privacy Policy for full details on data use.

6. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Standard delivery is 2 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a delivery cycle has begun. To initiate a return, contact us at matthew.lacour@kitchensavvi.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, copy and design is owned by KitchenSavvi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
