KitchenSavvi currently ships within the UK only via our website, and we are working on expanding to the US at the moment. We also sell on Amazon, where shipping options are available to the UK as well as the Netherlands, France, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, and Italy. We're working hard on expanding the countries we can deliver to.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which means delivery in 2 working days.

Yes, shipping is free on all UK orders. The delivery cost is already included in the product price, so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification from us with your Royal Mail tracking ID. Search 'Royal Mail Track My Parcel' online, enter your tracking ID, and you'll see the latest delivery status.

If your order hasn't arrived yet, please get in touch via the contact form below and we'll look into it straight away.

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please get in touch via the contact form below with photos of what you received. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

KitchenSavvi offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days and we'll arrange a return. Refunds are only issued for items returned in their original, resaleable condition - items that come back damaged or used cannot be refunded.

Please get in touch via the contact form below before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you the shipping instructions so your item reaches the right address.

Customers cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service so your return can be followed and confirmed on arrival.

If your product is faulty or defective, please get in touch via the contact form below with photos showing the issue. We'll send you a replacement and share the feedback with our manufacturer so we can prevent it happening in future production.

The KitchenSavvi recycling program sends you a fresh set of three worktops on a schedule that suits how often you cook - every 4, 6, or 12 months. When your new set arrives, the old worktops are fully recyclable at home in your kerbside recycling bin - no posting back, no fuss. Learn more on our Recycling Program page.

Visit our Recycling Program page to browse the plans and sign up, or go to our worktop listing and choose a subscription option at checkout, or bundle a subscription with the main set at checkout for a significant discount.

It's up to your personal preference. You can choose to receive your first replacement set as soon as you place the order, or according to your subscription plan - 4, 6, or 12 months after you subscribe. Typically, our customers purchase the subscription plan alongside the main set, so they don't need a replacement on the delivery date. By default, your first replacement set is scheduled based on your subscription plan, 6 or 12 months after you subscribe.

Our subscription program is built annually, so we recommend changing your subscription tier just before your current year finishes and you're ready to renew. You can do this by visiting your account page. If you'd like to adjust your frequency mid-cycle, please get in touch and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

No - there's nothing to send back. Once your replacement set arrives, simply place the old worktops in your kerbside recycling bin. They're fully recyclable at home, so there's no need to post them back or visit a recycling centre.
